ok 8365 is back on MS but it's a different package
this is the first 8365 x64 driver pack from MS (10.4Mb); and here's the new 8365 x64 download (44.6Mb)
supported hardware ID for the new 8365 package
subsystem id beginning with "1028" means the vendor id is Dell
